Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 23, 2026

1. Introduction & Scope

FUTR Corporation (“FUTR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our websites, mobile applications, AI Agent, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understand this Policy.

Our platform allows you to choose if and when your data is used for rewards, insights, or partner campaigns.

When you opt into the FUTR Platform, you provide consent for us to process and monetize your less identifiable, aggregated, or de-identified data. This allows us to generate insights and rewards without sharing your personal identity.

For any specific offers, campaigns, or quests that require your personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email, or contact details, we will clearly inform you and request explicit consent before sharing that data with a partner.

FUTR does not sell your personal information. All monetization occurs through aggregated or de-identified insights, or through campaigns where you have explicitly agreed to share PII.

2. About FUTR & Accountability

FUTR Corporation is a consumer-focused technology company that helps individuals understand, control, and monetise the value of their data through AI Agents, Intelligent Payment Rails, and tokenised rewards.

We act as:

  • Data controller for personal information you provide directly through our Services

  • Data intermediary or processor when facilitating authorized data sharing with trusted partners

All sharing of personal information with partners occurs only with your explicit consent, in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Canada’s PIPEDA, the European Union’s GDPR, and applicable US state privacy laws such as the California CCPA/CPRA.

FUTR is responsible for the personal information we collect and use across all our Services. We have appointed a Privacy Officer who oversees privacy practices and ensures compliance with these laws.

Privacy Officer Contact Information:

  • Email: privacy@futr.network

  • Mail: The FUTR Corporation, 154 University Ave, Suite 601, Toronto, ON, M5H 3Y9

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to any privacy requests.

3. Information We Collect

The majority of the personal information FUTR processes comes from documents and data you provide directly when using our Services. This can include:

  • Uploaded documents, forms, or attachments necessary to participate in campaigns or receive rewards

  • Personal details such as name, email address, country of residence, profile preferences, or wallet information

  • Support or feedback communications you send to us

We may also collect information automatically or from third-party sources:

  • Automatic collection: device type, browser, IP address, usage metrics, cookies, and similar technologies to operate and improve the platform

  • Third-party sources: trusted partners such as financial institutions, payment providers, or identity verification services — only with your authorization

Lawful Bases:

  • Consent: for participation in campaigns, rewards, or optional features

  • Performance of a contract: to provide Services and deliver rewards

  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, analytics, and platform improvement

  • Legal obligation: to meet regulatory requirements, such as AML or KYC compliance

Data Minimization:
FUTR collects only the information that is necessary and relevant to deliver the Services, personalize experiences, and provide rewards.

Aggregated & De-identified Information:
We may transform personal information into aggregated or de-identified datasets. These insights cannot reasonably identify you and may be shared with partners for analytics, research, or campaign evaluation.

4. How We Use Information

FUTR uses personal information primarily from documents and data you provide to:

  • Operate and improve the platform

  • Manage rewards and token features

  • Personalise your AI Agent experience

  • Prevent fraud and maintain security

  • Comply with legal obligations

Disclosure and Consent:

  • Personal information is shared with service providers only to provide their services

  • Personally identifiable data is shared with partners only with your explicit, itemized consent for specific offers or campaigns

  • Aggregated or de-identified data is processed under your general platform consent to generate insights and rewards

  • You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing

FUTR may employ limited automated decision-making for personalization, fraud detection, and reward eligibility. Human review is available upon request.

5. Financial Incentives (Data Rewards)

Participation in rewards, campaigns, or quests is voluntary.

  • Rewards may be token-based or promotional, with value depending on campaign conditions and platform valuation

  • Accepting a campaign constitutes explicit consent for FUTR to share the necessary PII with that partner

  • Blanket platform consent only covers aggregated or de-identified data

  • Rewards are never granted for the sale of raw personal data

  • Documents you provide are the primary source of data for these rewards

6. Blockchain & Token Features

Some transactions (token transfers, wallet interactions) may record wallet addresses and related metadata on a public blockchain.

  • No personally identifiable information from user-provided documents is stored on-chain

  • Blockchains are immutable, meaning data cannot be erased once recorded

  • FUTR limits personal information included on-chain and applies off-chain safeguards wherever possible

7. How We Share Information

We share information only as described:

  1. Service Providers: cloud hosting, payments, analytics, fraud detection, customer support — providers act only on FUTR’s behalf

  2. With Consent: when you participate in a campaign or offer, you are explicitly consenting to share the specific PII required; aggregated or de-identified data may be shared under your general platform consent

  3. Legal Requirements: to comply with laws, protect rights, safety, or security

  4. Business Transfers: in mergers, acquisitions, or sales, information may transfer with the business

  5. Aggregated/De-identified: non-personal insights may be shared for analytics or research

8. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information

  • Obtain data portability

  • Withdraw consent for future processing, both for aggregated data and for PII sharing

  • Opt out of marketing or targeted offers

  • Limit use of sensitive information

  • Improve your experience and remember your preferences

  • Measure performance and understand how the platform is used

  • Provide optional personalized offers or rewards

  • Inactive accounts: archived or deleted after twenty four (24) months

  • Regulatory obligations: AML/KYC or legal audits retained as required

  • Logs/backups: up to 180 days

11. Security & Breach Notification

FUTR uses physical, technical, and administrative safeguards:

  • Encryption, access controls, secure storage

  • Monitoring for unauthorized access or fraud

No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that poses a real risk, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by law.

Contact support@futr.network for any security concerns.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in Canada, the US, or other countries where FUTR or service providers operate.
