FUTR Corporation (“FUTR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our websites, mobile applications, AI Agent, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understand this Policy.
Our platform allows you to choose if and when your data is used for rewards, insights, or partner campaigns.
When you opt into the FUTR Platform, you provide consent for us to process and monetize your less identifiable, aggregated, or de-identified data. This allows us to generate insights and rewards without sharing your personal identity.
For any specific offers, campaigns or skills that require your personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email, or contact details, we will clearly inform you and request explicit consent before sharing that data with a partner.
FUTR does not sell your personal information. All monetization occurs through aggregated or de-identified insights, or through campaigns where you have explicitly agreed to share PII.
2. About FUTR & Accountability
FUTR Corporation is a consumer-focused technology company that helps individuals understand, control, and monetise the value of their data through AI Agents, Intelligent Payment Rails, and tokenised rewards.
We act as:
Data controller for personal information you provide directly through our Services
Data intermediary or processor when facilitating authorized data sharing with trusted partners
All sharing of personal information with partners occurs only with your explicit consent, in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Canada’s PIPEDA, the European Union’s GDPR, and applicable US state privacy laws such as the California CCPA/CPRA.
FUTR is responsible for the personal information we collect and use across all our Services. We have appointed a Privacy Officer who oversees privacy practices and ensures compliance with these laws.
Privacy Officer Contact Information:
Email: privacy@futr.network
Mail: The FUTR Corporation, 154 University Ave, Suite 601, Toronto, ON, M5H 3Y9
We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to any privacy requests.
3. Information We Collect
The majority of the personal information FUTR processes comes from documents and data you provide directly when using our Services. This can include:
Uploaded documents, forms, or attachments necessary to participate in campaigns or receive rewards
Personal details such as name, email address, country of residence, profile preferences, or wallet information
Support or feedback communications you send to us
We may also collect information automatically or from third-party sources:
Automatic collection: device type, browser, IP address, usage metrics, cookies, and similar technologies to operate and improve the platform
Third-party sources: trusted partners such as financial institutions, payment providers, or identity verification services - only with your authorization
Lawful Bases:
Consent: for participation in campaigns, rewards, or optional features
Performance of a contract: to provide Services and deliver rewards
Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, analytics, and platform improvement
Legal obligation: to meet regulatory requirements, such as AML or KYC compliance
Data Minimization: FUTR collects only the information that is necessary and relevant to deliver the Services, personalize experiences, and provide rewards.
Aggregated & De-identified Information: We may transform personal information into aggregated or de-identified datasets. These insights cannot reasonably identify you and may be shared with partners for analytics, research, or campaign evaluation.
FUTR Agent Interactions (Inputs & Outputs): When you interact with the FUTR Agent through chat or other conversational interfaces, we collect the content of your messages, requests, and queries (“Inputs”) and the responses generated (“Outputs”). If you include personal information in your Inputs - such as financial details, identity information, or document content - that information is collected and may be reproduced in the Outputs. 4. How We Use Information
FUTR uses personal information primarily from documents and data you provide to:
Operate and improve the platform
Manage rewards and token features
Personalize your FUTR Agent experience
Prevent fraud and maintain security
Comply with legal obligations
Disclosure and Consent:
Personal information is shared with service providers only to provide their services
Personally identifiable data is shared with partners only with your explicit, itemized consent for specific offers or campaigns
Aggregated or de-identified data is processed under your general platform consent to generate insights and rewards
You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing
FUTR may employ limited automated decision-making for personalization, fraud detection, and reward eligibility.
5. AI Agent & Automated Features
FUTR’s Services include AI-powered features, including our FUTR Agent, which processes your Inputs to generate personalized Outputs, assist with document management, and facilitate rewards and campaigns.
Conversation Data: Chat and interaction histories with the FUTR Agent may be retained to improve response quality, personalize your experience, and for safety and fraud prevention purposes.
Automated Recommendations: Our FUTR Agent may make automated recommendations regarding campaigns, rewards, or data-sharing opportunities. These recommendations do not have legally binding effects without your confirmation.
Agentic Actions: Where the FUTR Agent takes actions on your behalf - such as submitting a form or initiating a data share - you will be notified and asked to confirm before any such action is taken.
6. Financial Incentives (Data Rewards)
Participation in rewards and use of skills is voluntary.
Rewards may be token-based or promotional, with value depending on campaign conditions and platform valuation
Accepting a campaign constitutes explicit consent for FUTR to share the necessary PII with that partner
Blanket platform consent only covers aggregated or de-identified data
Rewards are never granted for the sale of raw personal data
Documents you provide are the primary source of data for these rewards
7. Blockchain & Token Features
Some transactions (token transfers, wallet interactions) may record wallet addresses and related metadata on a public blockchain.
No personally identifiable information from user-provided documents is stored on-chain
Blockchains are immutable, meaning data cannot be erased once recorded
FUTR limits personal information included on-chain and applies off-chain safeguards wherever possible
8. How We Share Information
We share information only as described:
Service Providers: cloud hosting, payments, analytics, fraud detection, customer support - providers act only on FUTR’s behalf
With Consent: when you participate in a campaign or offer, you are explicitly consenting to share the specific PII required; aggregated or de-identified data may be shared under your general platform consent
Legal Requirements: to comply with laws, protect rights, safety, or security
Business Transfers: in mergers, acquisitions, or sales, information may transfer with the business
Aggregated/De-identified: non-personal insights may be shared for analytics or research
9. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
Access, correct, or delete personal information
Obtain data portability

Breach Notification If a security breach occurs that poses a real risk of harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as quickly as possible, as required under PIPEDA.
For questions about your privacy rights under Canadian law, contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@futr.network.

De-indexation Quebec residents have the right to request de-indexation of their personal information from our systems. Requests can be made through the in-app Privacy Centre or by contacting privacy@futr.network.
Automated Recommendations The FUTR Agent makes recommendations only - it does not make binding decisions about you. Every recommendation requires your confirmation before any action is taken. No decision with consequences for you is made exclusively by automated means.
Sensitive Information Where you provide sensitive personal information - such as financial documents, identity records, or government-issued identification - we will always seek your explicit consent before collecting or using that information. Implied consent is never used for sensitive information.
